About

Built by a triathlete, for his own training. Now for yours.

LankFit started with one athlete who wanted a straight answer from years of Strava and Garmin data. It's still built that way.

Why it exists

Plenty of numbers, no answer

Every session was recorded. Heart rate, power, pace, sleep, HRV. Results sat on three different timing sites. And every Sunday night the question was still the same: is this working?

So the founder built what he wanted: one place that says whether training is working, what each race leg needs to be, and whether he's on track. Other athletes asked for access. Now it's a product.

It comes from South Africa, from races like Mossel Bay and from calling it “Olympic (Standard)”. We’re proud of that, so the whole app, its emails and this website also speak Afrikaans. It works anywhere Strava does.

The principle

An honest answer beats a pretty chart.

Your data is already there. The job is to make it tell you the truth about your training, even when the answer is “not yet”.

Product principles

Three rules we build by

Never silently overwrite your dataIf something would change what you already have, we show you first. You confirm it, or it doesn't happen.
Derived answers before AISplits, gaps, quartiles and load are just arithmetic on your data, so they come first. Ask is there for what a chart can't say.
Colour is informationBlue is swim, violet is bike, volt is run, teal is strength, gold is a PB. Orange is only ever us: the button you press and the line you're on. Everywhere, every time.
