Oct 2026New
Run, ride or swim only? Tell it, and the app follows
LankFit is still built for triathletes, and it now fits athletes who train one sport or a mix. Choose your sports in setup or in Settings and your readiness, charts, records, races, goals and nudges follow. Sessions in your other sports can still count towards fatigue, so you never look fresher than you are, or you can leave them out. Change your mind later and your history stays exactly as it was.

Records: a class, a level and hundreds of milestones
Records is now its own section. Every best is set against typical standards for the distance and given a class from Rookie to World class. Milestone ladders run from sub-35 to sub-16 minutes over 5K and from a 17-hour to a sub-8:30 Ironman, plus totals that go up to once around the world. Placings are weighted by the size of the field. Met milestones turn green with a tick, and every one shows the XP it is worth.

Race readiness against your goal
The headline score is now how on pace you are for your goal time, with where the time is most likely to come from. Illness and injury count, rated by how rough they are.
- Every goal gets an honest verdict and realistic and stretch targets.

Today's training, reviewed
Each new session is scored against your form, fatigue and freshness, with a verdict (right call, fine, too much, wrong call) and the reason. It clears when the day ends.

What to do next, and watch-outs
Options ranked by the readiness each adds, adapted to illness, injury, the weather and what you have already done today. Plus the three watch-outs that matter most before your race, with one action each.

Health events
Your charts should know you were ill. Go quiet for two or more days and we'll ask what happened: rest, illness or injury. Tell us once and every chart shows it as a shaded band.
- Spots the quiet gap, and shows the sessions either side for context.
- An illness hint when the last session ran hot against your heart-rate baseline.
- Taper and recovery added for you around every confirmed race.
- A review queue for past gaps.
-
Sep 2026New
Results finder
We now look up your official results on FinishTime and PeakTiming for races on your calendar, and show you what would change. Confirm or discard. We'll never quietly decide for you.
- Review queue with match status per race.
- Per-race popup with a field-by-field diff.
- Manual entry for providers that can't be searched.
-
Aug 2026New
Pace-gap table
Readiness now has a “where you need to be” table: goal split vs projected for each leg, with the gap. It shows the pace you need, not a load target you're supposed to hit.
- Projections are recency-weighted.
- Green ahead, red behind. As it should be.
-
Jul 2026New
Onboarding wizard
Set-up is now three screens: profile, Strava, Garmin. Garmin can be skipped, and connected later without starting over.
-
Jun 2026New
Per-leg placing
Triathlon race pages now show swim, bike and run placing where the results publish it. The bike was always your best leg. Now there is proof.
-
May 2026Improved
T1 and T2 suggestions
Transition times are now suggested from the gaps between your Strava timestamps, for multisport files and for separate activities.
-
Apr 2026Improved
Training comparison
Overlay your current block on the lead-up to any past race, not just the most recent one. The past block's average is now dashed in.

Quartile heatmap
The year heatmap now shades by quartiles of your own trained days. One six-hour race day no longer turns the rest of your year grey.
