1. Our policy
Free trial. The 30-day trial costs nothing. We charge R5 to check your card and refund it straight away; it usually reaches your card within a few business days. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all.
14 days on every charge. If you are unhappy with a charge, whether it is your first payment after the trial, a renewal or a plan change, tell us within 14 days of it being taken and we will refund that payment in full. No questions, no forms. After that, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
2. Annual plans
An annual plan is covered by the same 14 days, which also catches a renewal you meant to cancel. After 14 days we do not refund unused months, and you keep access until your year ends. If something on our side stopped you using LankFit, write to us anyway and we will sort it out fairly.
3. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, including any cooling-off rights that apply to online purchases.
4. How to ask
Email [email protected] or use the contact form with the topic Billing. Refunds go back to the original payment method. We start the refund within 2 working days, and it usually reaches your card within 5 to 10 working days after that.
